Directions
Add all dip ingredients except garlic cloves, to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until smooth and well combined. Taste for seasoning and adjust lemon juice and honey for your preference.
Stir through finely chopped black garlic cloves.
Once the dip is smooth and creamy, spoon it into a shallow bowl or plate. Top with figs, drizzle with honey and extra olive oil and finish with fresh thyme and black garlic cloves. Serve alongside lavosh or crackers.
Recipe Note
- Swap figs for other autumn fruit such as pears. Or replace with toasted walnuts.
- Dip can be refrigerated for 4 days, bring to room temperature before serving.
