Black Garlic & Co is a family-owned and operated business located in Perth, Western Australia. Since 2020, we have been dedicated to perfecting the art of making black garlic and expanding our product range.
We are committed to using the finest ingredients, with a preference for sourcing locally from the Margaret River region, Western Australia to support local producers. Quality is the foundation of all our products, not just limited to black garlic. Our unique expertise is a result of Julian's background in medical science (holding a Masters in Medical Science) and his award-winning experience as an amateur brewer. This combination allows for a scientific yet creative approach to black garlic production.
Recognized for our dedication to quality, we are proud to have won 20 awards along with 3 Champions and a Trophy at the Tasmanian Fine Food Awards, Sydney Fine Food Awards, and Melbourne Royal Awards since starting our small batch business in 2020.
