Aged Black Garlic Asian Concentrate 200gm

Our Aged Black Garlic Asian Concentrate is a blend of Asian flavours - Tamarind, Cloves, Star Anise, pepper, ginger, Jarrah honey and Black Garlic. It can be used as a base for Asian cooking including marinades, sauces, stir-fries, noodle and rice dishes.

Ingredients:

Tomato paste, soy sauce gluten free (hydrolysed vegetable protein (soy & maize), water, salt, colour (150d), black garlic cloves 11%, jarrah honey 11%, brown sugar, sherry vinegar (sherry vinegar, concentrated grape juice, caramelised sugar), crushed ginger (ginger 85%, canola oil, salt, vinegar, water), canola oil, concentrated black garlic stock 5% (black garlic cloves 50%, water), tapioca starch, tamarind, spices, black pepper.
