Returns
We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards in all of our products. As such, if you have any concerns about the product you have purchased please contact us at sales@blackgarlicandco.com.au within 14 days of purchase, including photo’s of the potential issue. If we deem there is an issue, we will replace the product.
Exchanges for Damages and Issues (if applicable)
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We do not exchange or return on change of mind. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@blackgarlicandco.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Postage is at the buyers expense. Please send your item to 10 Characin Court, Sorrento. WA. 6020. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
