Ingredients

Twenty-four large raw prawns, shelled with tail on

Two tbsp olive oil, extra for frying

Salt and pepper

Two heaped tbsp Aged Black Garlic Savoury Paste

Six skewers

Fresh coriander or parsley, finely chopped, garnish lemon wedges, garnish

Three heaped tbsp natural yoghurt

One heaped tbsp fresh coriander or parsley, finely chopped

One half flat tsp smoked paprika powder

Salt and pepper

One tbsp lemon juice

Dipping Sauce
Directions
Toss prawns in a bowl with 2 tbsp of oil, salt and pepper until well coated. Add the savoury paste and toss the prawns in it.
Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge to marinate for 30-60 minutes.
In the meantime, make the dipping sauce by mixing all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover it and set it aside in the fridge.
Once the prawns have marinated then slide them onto skewers, 6 prawns to each.
Heat oil on the barbecue and once hot then add the prawn skewers. Cook each side for a few minutes until prawns become orange on the outside and white on the inside.
