These aged black garlic lamb burgers elevate the traditional burger with a sophisticated blend of flavors. The lamb patties are rich and savory, enhanced by a generous dose of black garlic, fresh rosemary, and smoked paprika, delivering a smoky, earthy taste in every bite. Melted provolone or Manchego cheese adds a creamy layer, while a zesty homemade tzatziki brings freshness with its cool yogurt, lemon, and cucumber mix. A hint of tangy sweetness comes from the black garlic cherry paste spread on the burger rolls, perfectly balancing the savory richness of the lamb. Topped with crisp cos lettuce and thinly sliced red onions, these burgers are a gourmet delight, perfect for a special cookout or family dinner.
